- For every month rent is paid on time you receive a $200 voucher towards the purchase of any Essence Homes.
- In addition to that, every 6 months there is a walk through with a potential earning of an extra $100 voucher.
- These vouchers are not an obligation, nor are they limited to the home you are currently renting.
- The vouchers are good for 2 years.
